System Safety & Performance Inspection
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks or deterioration
- Test all safety controls and limit switches
- Verify proper temperature rise and airflow
- Check blower motor operation and amp draw
- Inspect electrical connections, wiring, and control board

- Two annual visits (Furnace/air handler + AC/heat pump)
- Outdoor coil rinse (AC/heat pump)
- Deep blower cleaning (as needed)
- Thermostat calibration
- Condensate pump test & cleaning
